    Pros

Great chance to help the community. Much of the staff was very hard working, often going above and beyond the call of duty.

    Cons

Sure, there was corruption -> but it wasn't too bad. The facilities are always in need of repair, and management is more likely to buy new furniture than to fix a roof that has been leaking for years.

    Advice to Management

Common sense is not common, and what you displayed was seldom sensible. Tighten the belt in the RIGHT places, instead of just laying off staff members when you can't figure out the budget.

    Pros

    Pay and benefits are great.

    Cons

Administration and students suck for the most part.

    Advice to Management

Let the instructors run their own classrooms! Provide REAL rules to the students. At pretend to know what you're doing.
