I worked at Northwest Missouri State University part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The supervisors care for the student employees and the class schedules. They are required to work around the class schedules, so you will not miss class or be reprimanded for class. There is also opportunities to get raises if you attend career pathing events.

    Cons

The only thing that is somewhat a con is the pay. Most of the positions are minimum wage, but that should be expected.

    Advice to Management

Maybe allow student employees the opportunities to apply class experience towards the job through extra responsibilities, if possible.
