    flexible schedule and I was able to meet a lot of people and work on my recruiting skills

    being paid once a month, but that is every on campus job

    You work with understanding and supportive professors. Communication is quick and you usually have something to do. Schedules are a little flexible.

    Cons

    Keeping up with both your studies and work can be difficult. Depending on your specific position, you may be disconnected from your fellow GAs.

    Have office spaces prepared for your GAs.
