I have been working at Northwestel full-time (More than 3 years)
People, collaboration, interesting work, can personally drive change even as an individual contributor. My manager provides great coaching and mentorship.
If you don't like change, don't bother applying. My work enviroment and department has changed dramatically in the past couple of years.
Advice to Management
Need to value hard to find technical, engineering talent and make more of an effort to retain these people.
