    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Northwestern College - Orange City, IA as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

The community that exists among students, faculty, and staff is wonderful. The academic setting is rigorous and open-ended. The Residence Life staff is incredibly supportive of their Resident Assistants. Faith, academics, and leisure intersect at Northwestern in a fantastic way.

    Cons

Some policies are overly strict, though they are more lenient than many other small private Christian institutions. Some students are a little naive in critical issues, especially concerning faith.
