    Great co-workers, compensation is good, NM culture is the best.

    In the department I work at management doesn't know how to handle it's employees and "use" them and place them at their convenience.

    There are many growing opportunities. You learn something new every shift you work. Great teamwork. Very professional.

    I live further away so my drive is long. Most positions aren't west yet.
