I have been working at Northwestern University full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Very progressive management style. Leader in research activity and cutting edger IT technology.

    Cons

Very little room for upward promotion. Individuals stay in positions for a very long time.

    Advice to Management

A shadow system for each position should be developed and fostered.
