RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at Norton Healthcare full-time for more than 5 years
Pros
Benefits are excellent. The benefits team really works hard to accommodate their employee needs. Additionally, they have a program for their employees that are unable to make ends meet (even with a min hrly rate $15) at Christmas so their families can have a happy holiday. The people you work with are incredible, however, there are some cons.
Cons
Some leadership employees "strong arm", but mostly because they will not be stopped by other leaders. Poor performance is acknowledged, but not sufficiently dealt with. Poor performers continue to work and receive pay increases presumably equal to that of their peers (increase determined by YOE not Performance). Additionally, workload disbursement in the system area is uneven and tends to overload the hard workers and most knowledgeable, rather than spreading the wealth and removing underperformers.
