I have worked many other sales positions at other companies and no other comes close to working with NCL. I am not the type to stick around when I am not happy and I have been here now 9 months. Everything I have experienced with Management, Training and working with Guests has been top notch. The compensation is extremely fair and good, the attendance policies are more than fair. The Vacation and personal time is FAR better than many other companies. I have no idea why so many negative reviews on Vacation time etc. One thing after another has more than surprised me! I have worked for many other sales departments in other companies to compare with.

Be careful of this company. There’s almost no flexibility which is one of the first words that come to mind when referring to WFH. You’re not able to work from just anywhere and be mobile rather hardwired in. It’s very hard to get approved time off. They will make everything seem so easy in training but nothing is what it seems Once you’re working independently. The job is very repetitive and they will little by little have you doing more work without the pay, you cannot advance fast like they promote.

Strict work schedule, calls are continually coming in and monitored. Employees are scheduled to work 9 hours a day for 30 minute lunch and two -15 minute breaks. Company provides very little sick and vacation time. Strict leave and absentee policy. NCL does not match employee 401K contributions. Health benefit costs outway employee salary. Management has very little ability or time to support employees or customers with any effectiveness. Constant evaluations rating employees on schedule adherence, customer surveys, call times, strict adherence to ever changing script and/or term conditions. Do not work for this company if you want to be valued.

Extremely demaining. Great cruise benefits. Great relationships are built with your"guests". The culture is very laid back, you befriend you coworkers and spend plenty of time with. You can work as much as you like. There is unlimited guests to book

Very demanding as guests don't really care what you have going on in your life, weekend etc. Competition amongst other agents brings out the worst in some people. Having a family makes things difficult

Pros

Norwegian is a great place to work. The atmosphere is welcoming and inclusive.

The office is in Doral, so traffic even living close by can make it a long commute.
