    Fun environment! You get to work with people from all over the world. If you love working with kids and entertaining people you will love it.

    Cons

    Small living corners and long contracts. On Shore Management doesn't bother to know on board employees or help with placement to preferred ships.

    Company where you can grow professionally

    Cons

    They don't care about family. Even you're married or engaged, they don't give a **** about putting people together on the same ship. Even you have link ID's...

    Advice to Management

    More benefits for crew. Bring families together if possible. Managers should train and teach instead of giving warnings

    Ability to work from home and they provide the computer. Management is very supportive and encouraging and want to assist you in succeeding

    Cons

    Cannot take any vacation for the first 4 to 5 months of the year as it is Wave season.

    I worked at Norwegian Cruise Line full-time

    Pros

    It was overall pretty good, meeting new people on the ship was easy and you got the benefits of having people cook you your own meals 4 times a day.

    Cons

    Not being able to see the island as much because you only got a couple hours out at the island on your lunch break especially on a few of my favorite ports, whereas others you would stay over night. It seemed as if time flew by and I wish I could've experienced more.
