I have been working at Notre Dame full-time

    Pros

Beautiful campus, extensive library and access to scholars.

    Cons

Terrible health insurance and benefits for grad students and post-docs. Parking is horrible, and families are not cared for.

    Advice to Management

Offer sustainable health insurance to partners and families of grad students and postdocs. Stop relying on state Medicaid. It's shameful and un-Catholic.
