I have been working at Nouria Energy full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Depending if you do overnights or not there's not a lot of work to be done that takes forever so you can take long breaks while waiting for customers to come in. Lots of down time.

    Cons

The company does not care about their employees whatsoever. Numerous employees were promised promotions or raises and never received them or waited months and months to get that promotion. Overwork you for long hours because they hire anyone who walks in the door so the regular employees are forced to waste their time training newbies who end up quitting in the first 2 weeks while you're stuck working everyday slaving away. There was one store that had a mold problem for 8 months and the Department of Public Health was forced to come in and demand they fix the problem because Nouria didn't care to fix it. That's people lives at risk getting sick while they did nothing about it. A customer had to call and report it before Nouria did anything about it. Management can't stand this company and nobody who works here either. Everybody complains about them for how ridiculous they treat employees.

    Advice to Management

Give your employers better benefits and treat them right. Do background checks before hiring anybody. Don't sweep serious problems under the rug that could harm or kill your employers.

    Pros

None except for a few decent customers that are few and far between!

    Cons

Hell I have seen them I used to go to that store all the time they are so un professional it's like a giant hang out

    Advice to Management

Clean up your act and do your job, don't let your relatives hang around and crack down on the hanging out! Pay your employees a decent wage and don't expect them to bust their hump for no thanks, recognition, or appreciation! And, above all stop the favoritism a new person coming in has enough to think about and concentrate on without distracting conversations between gay lovers going on behind their back and customers being rude because they were not heard until about the third time! It's really too bad their isn't a rating below 1 star because I would never recommend anyone to work for such a bad company!

I worked at Nouria Energy full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

None. Seriously, do not work here.

    Cons

Never received a raise, worked here for five years.

    Paltry bonuses, not yearly either.

Was made to work hours and hours of unpaid overtime, sometimes did all night jobs, but was never compensated because I was salaried.

    Extremely underpaid.

No room to grow, you will be stuck in the same position forever with no where to go.

Bosses do not care about your home life and will try to email you at all hours.
