There are some procedures and policies that could be updated...remote working, more PTO, casual dress, etc. But those are small things compared to all the positive.

I was new to asset management before I joined Nova Asset Management. They have smart people who like to do some challenging tasks. Opportunities exist internally. As an individual you can’t go there. You need to work under a team and work accordingly. Your opinions are listened but not recommend for company growth. Learned a lot about asset management, good company to start your career

I spend enjoyable days. My co-workers were too good and supportive. Learned lot of things from them for example: discipline, hard work, and how to communicate with landlords and tenants.
