Pros
Nova Medical Centers does not have a cap on bonus structure. If you work hard you will see it in your commissions.
Cons
You can't be lazy on the phones if you want to be successful, you have to make 40+ dials a day.

Pros
There are not very man Pros besides good base pay
Cons
The list could go on and on. There is a reason they are constantly hiring more people and had the worst turn over rate. The CEO is terrible and no one truly cares about you. You have constant unachievable metrics that make the job miserable.

Positive OutlookNo opinion of CEOI worked at Nova Medical Centers (Texas) full-time for less than a year
Pros
Decent base salary and possibility of making six figures.
Cons
Micromanaging and deceiving. 40 calls every day from 8:30-11:00 and 5-7 meetings daily. If you schedule appointments when you are supposed to be in your 8:30-11:00 call block you are reprimanded. If you do not meet these numbers you will be threatened, reprimanded and written up. Managers will text you during “call block” and threaten-demand you speed it up. Reps are directed to like Nova LinkedIn posts everyday or... they are reprimanded. After reps like the LinkedIn post they are then directed to text their manager they have done so. Managers will call appointments set to make sure you are where you should be. Accounts are taken away from reps and territories are changed without notice. Email is outdated you can’t send calendar invites for meetings scheduled. Nova will only keep 1 sales rep per clinic but will not tell you this during the hiring process. They hire 5 sales reps per clinic to get the clinic up and running and then get rid of the majority of them. Turn over is incredibly high they go through 20 + reps per clinic.

Pros
Lots of business so exposure is great. Lots of practice and utilization of your skills.
Cons
Lots of business and they have a hard time keeping staff
Advice to Management
Your lower level assistants are what keep your place running. Do incentive programs, insure better, and pay higher then you will keep them.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at Nova Medical Centers (Texas) full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
Great services for clients, not a monotonous environment.
Cons
Bad benefits; 3 PTO days for the year and no sick days. No career path to follow, very strict schedule with micromanaging.
Advice to Management
Value your employees and invest in them. Re-train if possible. Management has leaders who shouldn't be in management positions. Dead end job.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at Nova Medical Centers (Texas) full-time for less than a year
Pros
Basically none.. other than you will have the lightest schedule of your career as a therapist. You do receive good CEU money.
Cons
Horrible Benefits. Horrible Communication. NO chance for advancement. Company DOES NOT care about employees. You will NEVER receive a raise. There are no yearly reviews. Does not accommodate to any of your needs. Will not allow you to perform treatments within your scope of practice without being "approved" first. Doctors DO NOT know what they are doing.
Advice to Management
Actually care about your employees, notice when everyone is leaving the company SOMETHING IS WRONG. Give a chance for a yearly raise to your employees like most companies; we all know you can afford it, you're just cheap. Treat them like human beings. Don't play favorites. Don't ask your employees to take a pay cut! ... DO BETTER

Pros
Read all the reviews you can about this company I wished I did !!!!!!
Cons
From day one you will be over worked. In time you will see that this is not the company that was sold to you in the interview. Once you get started with this company you will see the undermining things that upper management will do.
Advice to Management
remember “ A company is stronger if it is bound by love rather than by fear.”
