Pros
What Novacare lacks in base salary, they more than make up for in benefits. The healthcare premiums are very affordable, you can get all your CEUs for free and there is lots of room for upward growth or making this job into whatever you want it to be.
Cons
Base salary is lower compared to most other jobs.

Pros
Some of the therapists were respectful (but not all), shorter work day 2 days a week, variety of job duties (but also see cons), could use the equipment on my lunch break
Cons
Some therapists are are not respectful and treats the PSS like a secretary, too many job responsibilities and not enough time in the day to do it all, pay does not match the work not even close, upper managers shame people on meetings if they aren’t doing well, dealing with insurance companies is so much fun (not) and sometimes hard to know coverage for a patient and getting it wrong makes for a lot of extra work and write offs. Nepotism in management positions is blatant and wrong. Raises are a joke and it’s so hard to get a bonus. If you’re lucky you might win a NovaCare umbrella. People are constantly quitting and you are constantly asked to train new people while still doing your job which is impossible and you don’t get any bonus or extra pay for doing that extra job. No way to move up the ladder.
