    High turnover of employees, need to pay attention to how much work each employee puts in .

    Reputations and extensive portfolio. Development opportunity for individuals are tremendous.

    Cons

    Decision making takes too long because of too many players at the table and behind the doors. Too much alignment, too much stakeholder management and too conservative.

    Advice to Management

    Cut 40% FTE may get a lot better efficiency and productivity to yield greater revenue and profit, most important, faster and better treatment to meet unmet patient needs

    Good and competitive benefits. Network of opportunities at other sites, if you are willing to be mobile. Recruits good talent.

    Cons

    Need to work on solid development plans across all personnel to aid in retention and to keep people engaged. Need a better work / life balance.
