    There are some good people in the departments that really make a difference to the life there.

    Cons

    Long hours at work; micromanagement contradicts corporate vision on employee empowerment and frequent last minute requests from management; multi-reporting lines.

    State of the art workplace (Ergonomically designed workstations, Gym, and more), Amazing opportunities to learn and evolve, Excellent work-life balance (events like family at work, be healthy initiatives, Toastmasters International club, Diversity and inclusion events, Hackathons and many more), Resourceful and talented workforce (some of the best minds in the industry), Truly global and diverse teams (collaborating with peers in US, EU and RoW)

    Cons

    As a healthcare organization, Novartis witnesses many changes in terms of business priorities and thus leads to a certain degree of anxiety and uncertainty. However, change excellence programs and resilience workshops are run to manage these.

    Be more transparent about changes that impact a group in terms of the timeliness of that change.
