I worked at Novo Nordisk full-time

    Pros

Vacation and personal time is oustanding, gym at facility, cafeteria.....most people are nice

    Cons

Incompetent management and people claiming to be engineers. Not a good place if your a maintenance guy looking to expand his knowledge or learn something, your hands are tied and you do about 85% production work before you ever touch a machine...your a production worker first then maybe you can work on the machine...not a good atmosphere...run away maintenance guy run away

    Advice to Management

Stop the whole maintenance and production are one mentality. Maintenance is an entity that should be seperate from production.
