    Pros

    Good place to start work in, get your foot in the door. They hired me when I didn't have any experience in the work field. Everyone is very nice and willing to help you with anything.

    Cons

    It can get a little boring answering phones and sitting in a desk all day.

    Opportunity to work on with bigger customers.

    Cons

    No support or facilities from management. They are mostly interested in making money from you.

    Advice to Management

    Well if you do not retain good employees guess what. You loose good employees and you loose good clients.

    Pros

    I was left alone.

    Cons

    Low paying, high turn around zero support. They tried to have to women I was replacing to train me. You can guess how that turned out. She was a wiseling racist manipulative piece of garbage that tried to get me fired after the first day on the job. Not only management did nothing about her they extended her contract.

    Advice to Management

    Worry about your people more instead of your SLA.

    Working with an amazing team of people with significant room for advancement for those willing to seize the opportunities presented.

    Cons

    As with many companies, changes to health care benefits are a challenge. Work life balance is acceptable for those that can remain organized.

    Everyone is giving an opportunity to prove themselves, no matter their experience level.

    Cons

    Payscale is below market average. No yearly merit increases, Poor benefits, No clear way to transfer latterally to other departments.

    Advice to Management

    Please consider upgrading the benefits package.
