its not a bad place to get your foot in the door, you learn alot because you are juggling so much
low pay, we lost alot of people to pay issues. lack of training doesn't work for everyone and when your coworkers don't really know what they are doing, and aren't corrected for their incompetence or worse promoted because your life is harder. pm's play games by calling you and not giving written instructions. if you work there get directions in writing and save them.

Females going into this company will typically earn 25-30% less than their male counterparts. Management is shakey at best. Employees typically only stick around for a year and there seems to be a revolvong door policy in place. This may be petty to some but as large as this company is and the profits they make; they don't even provide a Christmas party for their staff and refuse to donate towards one. This given the fact that by the time November rolls around and the deadlines approach to finalize the years projects, they expect staff to work around the clock with no benefit of overtime.
Advice to Management
The typical complaint from most employees is that they have managers who know less than they do, and are expected to do the work for them, this should change. There is also the typical 'old boys club' mentality deeply entrenched here; very disconcerting!
The pro's of working for NSORO is the amount of knowlegdge gained in a short amount of time. This is due to the amount of pressure put on employee's and the unrealistic demands made by upper management.
No paid overtime!!!!!! No balance of work and time off.
Advice to Management
There needs to be balance between work and time off. Pay your employee's for overtime.
