I worked at Ntelicor full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

I worked with Ntelicor for eight year and this company was the best contracting company I ever worked for. They offer very good compensation and yearly bonuses. They have very good relationships with client hiring managers which makes it easier to get your resume picked up for job interview at client companies. Also their contracts last for a very long time.
Their administrative and recruiting staff are very friendly and helpful. I wish I could continue with them but had to join the client company as a full time employee.

    Cons

My suggestion to Ntelicor to shop for better Medical plans so that the employees can save some money when they add dependents .

    Advice to Management

Please continue what you are doing and become the best sourcing company. Best luck!👍🏼

I worked at Ntelicor as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

I contracted through ntelicor for a little over a year. They were by far the best contacting company I have ever worked with. Mark Cohen (President) would occasionally reach out and check how things were going. The HR and other administrative team were very professional and genuinely wanted to help. I was shocked and appreciative to get an ntelicor bonus. They also sent a birthday gift. I only left because I was offered another direct hire position. However if I am ever in the market again, ntelicor will be my first call!

    Cons

    No cons come to mind.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great work!

    Pros

    The career path sounded promising.

    Cons

There was no career path, as several people were laid off within two months of starting.

    Advice to Management

Get it together and plan better.

    Pros

Ntelicor is a great consulting / contract company to work for with competive pay. They have been the best consulting firm to work for because they truly care about their employees.

    Cons

I can not think of any cons for this company. If you are a consultant and have a choice of what contracting company to go through, Ntelicor is the best choice.

    Pros

There is none coming to my mind

    Cons

First of all, they lied. They lied about the period and about the amount of the work. Then they said that it was all my fault.
Second, when I had a problem—no one helped. At all. I emailed and emailed but my manager didn't answer (although he said that I can email him any concerns I had).

    Advice to Management

    Fire all the managers

I have been working at Ntelicor full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Small company that really cares about its employees. From the CEO down there is great care and compassion. If problems arise on the contract you are on, Ntelicor will go the extra mile to try to get it resolved with the prime contractor.

    Cons

As a small company, there isn't a lot of room to move when you are ready to move on to something new.

I worked at Ntelicor full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

I was always treated with respect. They always keep their words. Good salary. Very warm climat.

    Cons

They should be more aggressive on a market.
