    Good company. Enjoyed all of my time at the company. I wish they were still around. Good management, great support from corporate

    Cons

    The company was acquired by another distributor. The electronics distribution network has eaten its own. This was the last of the great distributors that was employee oriented

    Horrible company, maliciously overprice tourist, dishonest

    stop overpricing and ripping people off so much

    Pros

    Overall a great company and great people. Ability to service customers with international manufacturing strategies.

    Cons

    Frequent Changes in sales staff, both in the Field and Inside, have a negative effect on customer relationships and therefore sales. Employee retention needs more effort.

    Advice to Management

    Keep closer to the salespeople and listen directly to their input about trends and customers and territories. Apply more energy to retention of good employees.
