I have been working at Nu Skin part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great benefits. Insurance premiums go down very low once you have been employed by the company for two years, even if part of that two year period is part-time employment. 401K match is great-- if you contribute 6%, they contribute 4% (their max contribution). Very generous Christmas bonuses for all employees!

    Cons

Some Nu Skin employees are lazy; they don't work hard enough. I hope my salary increases nicely in the future.

    Advice to Management

I wish management would discipline or fire employees who are lazy and don't deserve their salaries.

I have been working at Nu Skin (More than 5 years)

    Pros

NSE's high scientific standards & dedication to product R&D justify the company as a worthy investment. Product consumption and promotion is equally rewarding.

    Cons

As a portrait painter and make-up artist, I would like to see an expansion in Nu Skin's line of cosmetics which would integrate Make-Up with AGELOC technology and, upscale cosmetic packaging.

    Advice to Management

I would like premier product launches to offer members, purchasing access within a much shorter timeframe. The products are excellent and once a user encounters this reality, availability offers continuity in customer satisfaction, hence sales. We have products that truly perform. There's too many distractions in similar market venues which may or may not offer the true value we offer.

    Positive Outlook

    Pros

Great products, pleasant colleagues, beautiful buildings, company paid trips, freedom to work when you want and with whom you want, very happy customers

    Cons

may be tough to get started as an independent distributor, volumes may be difficult to maintain, it is not easy to build a large team, distributor theft by other leaders

    Advice to Management

police downline stealing better, better protect lower level distributors against downline leg theft by "leaders," stop illicit sale of products on places like ebay
