    Pros

Free products for employees. Fun summer parties and Christmas parties. Huge diversity of employees to work with. Fun atmosphere and average pay.

    Cons

Hard to advance up the corporate ladder. Seems like you can only get promoted or have your skills acknowledged when you're friends with the top leaders.

I worked at Nu Skin full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Pay is decent for what you do, benefits are pretty good, 401k matching, bonuses and there are company sponsored events, good christmas bonuses even for a warehouse worker.

    Cons

It's pretty expected you work extra hours when they need you to, but they aren't going to be very understanding when you need time or hours off. They have this idea that if it's your first year working there that you can't get higher than a 2/5 on your yearly performance review, no matter how much effort you put in. This determines your bonus, and I find it insulting.

    Advice to Management

Your employees are important, and sometimes you don't meet quota because the product has something wrong with it or it's different than the normal product, but that doesn't mean you still aren't working hard.

Great support, good environment, ability to trade shifts to fit needs with other agents, fun themes to go with the holidays (we get to dress up on halloween)

    Cons

I can't think of any, I had a good experience working there.

    Advice to Management

None they were great they cared about me as a person. When I was pregnant and having issues (like spotting) they would send me home to be sure that me and the baby were safe and healthy.

I have been working at Nu Skin full-time

    Pros

Benefits are a huge reason to work here. Excellent health/dental options, HSA matching, 401K matching, and corporate holiday events.

    Cons

Even with college education, upward movement is very stifled.

    Advice to Management

Try harder to retain talent through appreciation, acknowledgment of employees work and credentials.

    Cons

I worked at Nu Skin full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

They pay really good and have a nice office and some nice benefits.

    Cons

MLM's are shady at best. Sure people are signing up at their own risk, etc. But in the end working here makes you realize it's kind of all a scam. If you can stomach that for a decent paycheck, decent benefits, and a nice office - then go for it.

    Advice to Management

You keep falling backwards into money - so don't change anything I guess.

I worked at Nu Skin part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Free product. Great atmosphere. Lagoon trip every summer. Picnic's/lunches every so often. The supervisors are amazing a do their best to help you out.

    Cons

Really no opportunity to move up in the company. I was part time for 2 years and only one opportunity came up to possibly be selected for full time and had dozens of people apply with only 2 positions that opened.

    Advice to Management

Have more opportunities for employees to grow. Or at least help them get the experience so when those opportunities come that can have some experience.
