    Pros

    Culture is awesome!
Regular one-on-ones with communication of how things are going
Training provided when requested, and encouraged if you show initiative

    Cons

Pay is below market, however other benefits make it difficult to leave. (namely the positive culture)

    Advice to Management

Encourage bonus structure based on performance, upward mobility for top performers, and an evaluation of salary trends for top performers (if you want to keep them on long term).

I have been working at NuAxis full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Very family oriented. The company likes to take very good care of their employees by providing such things as great health benefits, competitive salary, paid time off and government holidays. They have even been know to host holiday parties, summer picnics, and happy hours.

    Cons

Honestly, I can't think of any. To my limited knowledge, there are no Cons to attest to.

    Advice to Management

My advice to management is KEEP UP THE GREAT JOB!

I worked at NuAxis (More than a year)

    Pros

I enjoyed my time at NuAxis. My manager was a very hands off manager that had the mindset that if I completed my work correctly that I was doing a good job. There was no hand holding or a constant need for me to give updates.

My onsite manager worked for the client so I cannot state what an onsite manager's actions would consist of.

    Cons

While I don't personally see this as a flaw, others might. There were never really any get together meetups within the company, so I really only knew the people that I worked with directly.

    Pros

Very friendly environment and the top management actually care a lot about their employees. Very receptive to new ideas. Lots of opportunity to grow.

    Cons

Growing fast will need to adjust processes accordingly!

    Advice to Management

Good management style don't change if you become big.

I have been working at NuAxis full-time

    Pros

NuAxis has more doubled its employees in the past couple years while maintaining a close-knit, family-like culture. The company offers a multitude of growth opportunities and truly takes care of its employees. Events like the annual picnic and holiday party, local happy hours (we even had one at Top Golf!), and site visits from managers and HR, help employees get to know each other and feel welcome.

    Cons

All companies that have rapid growth experience some growing pains, but I think that the management team is doing its best to adjust as necessary.

    Advice to Management

NuAxis is a small business that is very loyal, especially to employees who have grown with the company. This is a great quality, but management should keep working to ensure that there are clear boundaries between what is professional and what is personal.

I have been working at NuAxis full-time

    Pros

    1. The CEO and COO of NuAxis are incredibly hard working and the most genuine people to work for.
    2. Very understanding, hands on and always open to new ideas/ suggestions and always striving to do better.
    3. They actually take the time to get to the root of any problem and addressing it in a prompt manner.
    4. Fun company events
    5. Family like culture encourages positive and happy employees

    Cons

The company is growing rapidly so naturally a few growing pains exist but the company is working hard to make sure they are addressed promptly.

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you're doing!
