    Pros

    Competetive pay, benefits, and lots of holidays and early release days. Also, lots of happy hours during the summer and events during the year make the workplace fun.

    Cons

    Hard to move up in the company, unless you've been there forever. Need to provide more training and growth opportunities. Short staffed, so work piles up.

    Advice to Management

    Provide more training/growth opportunities, and hire more resources to help.

    Bad business decisions by management, management does not listen to employees.
