I have been working at Nueterra Healthcare full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Privately held and forward thinking. Product line is forward thinking. Family type atmosphere is awesome- everyone knows your name.

    Cons

Some of the "products" are concepts rather then proven technology. Also disruption in any field is difficult. Healthcare is no exception. Many roadblocks as we build the vision

I worked at Nueterra Healthcare full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Free parking and beautiful scenery and ideally located geographically. Some staff members are friendly with knowledge of what they are doing.

    Cons

Although some staff members are friendly and helpful, most are demeaning, disrespectful and rude. There is very little team effort overall. Poor management, lack of knowledge and support.

    Advice to Management

Support staff without favoritism. Lead by example.

I have been working at Nueterra Healthcare full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

St. Lukes Surgicenter- Semiannual bonuses, small working environment, good physicians.

    Cons

Extreme drama, no teamwork, management plays favorites and is not trustworthy.

    Advice to Management

Look at your staff closely and the ones who cause the real trouble, then look at yourselves and how you do your own job.

    Pros

Awesome bonuses when you work for a profitable facility. They have good intentions on making changes in Healthcare.

    Cons

They lack the ability to execute and implement the processes that are needed to achieve their desired results.

    Advice to Management

Recognize your high performers and get rid of the low performers who just collect a paycheck. They suck the life out of the individuals that want to make a difference. Eventually you resent the Management team for allowing the behavior to continue.

I worked at Nueterra Healthcare full-time

    Pros

Dan Tasset is devoted to changing the landscape of the healthcare experience. For more than 20 years, he has analyzed the program and, by revolutionary several new business designs, worked well tirelessly to improve it.

    Cons

Today, Dan Tasset is strengthening not just doctors but healthcare customers, too, with a modern distribution model that combines several suppliers and joins them directly to patients, payors and employers.

I worked at Nueterra Healthcare full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

A lot of kind, hard-working non-executives will have your back.

    Cons

Acting like a start-up long after the fact means generalized ideas and running in all directions is not a way to grow and prosper a business.

    Advice to Management

The thick wall of secrecy does nothing to help employees understand the collective goals of the business. Silos do not help anyone!

I have been working at Nueterra Healthcare full-time

    Pros

Good concept for a business with potential to help Healthcare evolve and improve.

    Cons

Clean your own house. Employing a narsissistic sociopath as one of your CEO's and ignoring all of the obvious factual data that he destroys company culture does not promote a good name for your business. This company DOES NOT care about the quality of clinical care given at it's facilities...only self-promotion and blatant nepotism. Buyer beware with any company run by Nueterra Healthcare. They should be ashamed to even use the word Healthcare in their name.

    Advice to Management

You will reep what you sew. If you will not listen to dozens of respectable professionals, you deserve what you get. Shame on you.

I worked at Nueterra Healthcare (More than a year)

    Pros

Some nice people, seemed like a good place at first

    Cons

Lack of training, saw many people leave because of it, long hours, lots of politicking

    Advice to Management

Keep an eye on your department heads. They don't adequately train people then blame them when their work isn't as good as it could be. The department heads are the ones that need to roll.

I worked at Nueterra Healthcare full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Promote great work life balance, good benefits, everyone is friendly. Always had events going on as a thank you to employees.

    Cons

Top heavy with a lot of upper management that is related to each other. Other than that there really wasn't any other cons.

    Advice to Management

Keep making employees feel valued and doing even small things to say thank you. Great company!

I worked at Nueterra Healthcare full-time

    Pros

    Nice environment. Somewhat relaxed atmosphere.

    Cons

Horrible outlook. Not sure everyone knows what they are doing or are supposed to be doing. People don't seem to live up to their job titles. Some are overpaid and some underpaid. The majority are underpaid when talking with co-workers with big level titles who also thought they should be getting more. High turnover here. Either the majority have relocated within the company and have been with the company over 10 years or everyone else there has been working less than a year and either say its not what they expected and quit or get fired.

    Advice to Management

Stick to their word. Compensate for good work.
