I have been working at Numerica Credit Union full-time

    Pros

Great culture, very good pay (best in the area), full benefits, and great growth opportunity.

    Cons

No locations outside of eastern Washington and north Idaho so transfers are geographically limited.

    Advice to Management

Continue doing what you are doing. CEO is amazing and very genuine.

I worked at Numerica Credit Union (More than a year)

    Pros

Great culture, benefits, pay, and the company cares about their employees.

    Cons

Sometimes frustrating scheduling and goals can be confusing at times.

  4. "Starts Great, Ends Sour"

    Pros

Benefits are amazing and colleagues are typically hard-working individuals that believe the ideas of improving the community they live in. My members still hold a special place in my heart.

    Cons

Front line staff is constantly treated like whatever they do isn't good enough and are the scapegoats of upper level managements mistakes. Corporate culture has turned fake and has chosen to reward "brown-nosing" over hard-work.

    Advice to Management

It doesn't take a project team to figure out why turnover is so horrendous. Corporate management is comprised of stagnant individuals simply collecting a paycheck until retirement, or, ambitious ladder-climbers who only care about their own career advancement.

I would have stayed at Numerica Credit Uniion for the rest of my life, but after almost 6 years it was made clear that upper-level management decided I wasn't in the picture. Even worse, upper level management was unwilling to work on a resolution (which I tried for). I wanted to give a higher score to reflect the amazing company I started working for but my ending experience absolutely broke my heart.

I have been working at Numerica Credit Union full-time

    Pros

Community Involvement is amazing; team members in branches are like a family; and support from other departments is mostly good.

    Cons

Upper management changes have led to low morale, low self-esteem, and general fear of losing jobs. No one is feeling inspired or motivated to learn/grow or do more.

    Advice to Management

Step back and take a hard look at what is actually happening in branches and departments throughout the organization.

I have been working at Numerica Credit Union full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

There is advancement opportunity every six months.

    Cons

The more accommodating positions at at HQ, which leads to hight branch turnover.

    Advice to Management

Filling empty positions should be priority and not based around interviewers vacation/schedules allowing for current staff to continue advancing in the company instead of stagnation due to work load.

I worked at Numerica Credit Union full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I can not provide one positive thing To say about working at this company. They need to work on the negativity.

    Cons

Benefits are 'eh'. The political and gossipy environment is over the top. They don't or won't pay for overtime and you are encouraged to not be truthful about your hours so you won't get in trouble in submitting OT.

    Advice to Management

Leader vs manager. Practice what you preach!. Much talk is done about the topic, but very little action. It feels like there are too many people who are unhappy and much complaining occurs.
