I worked at Nunhems USA full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

There is a lot of room for creativity and to fill in your own job description. Expense accounts are not scrutinized and you can travel to your hearts content.

    Cons

Tons of travel, you are always expected to wine and dine out of town guests. Fun but gets a bit old once you have a life and other responsibilities. Extremely toxic environment. Tons of people fired of which many stellar performers. It's a true dog eat dog culture with absolutely no regard for human values.

    Advice to Management

Dissolve this organization and rid yourself of Dutch and European managers wanting to run the U.S. like it's a country that fits in the same mold as Belgium, France and Hungary. The vacuum that you create with your utter incompetency is creating a revolving door and a complete lack of sensible strategic direction. HR is a function that constantly hires and fires to camouflage the skeletons in your closets.

    Pros

Great benefits. Culture for the most part is good. I think there is good effort to be the best in class.

    Cons

Management is young and inexperienced in leading people. Not a very dynamic company. They were a small company that is now part of a big global company. The structure of management lacks accountability at all levels positions.

    Advice to Management

Better coaching skills are needed and honesty. I think personnel needs to take more of a balanced role with the organization.
