    Pros

Work when you want able to take a month off to Europe no problems

Able to pick contracts to an extent

    Get to travel

    Cons

Pay rate wasn't great for what they are paid to send you.

Pressure to take assignments that were up to 40-60 miles from your home base.

Sending allied staff to work at the same facility with minimal training.

Since the Fort Worth move management has gone to the garbage.

    Advice to Management

Make it about the clients again versus a money hustle

I have been working at NurseStaffing as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

Hours available when I needed them. If u did hospice it was $11. If u worked for a facility it was $12ph. They had several different facilities. So if I did not like one I had other options. They offered extra money to work last min shifts. Daily pay . the office staff are amazing. If I was working a full time job and could only work one day a month they were OK with that. If I got in a financial bind and needed hours asap they helped me with that too. I love picking my own schedule to work as much or as little I want to! The office staff are amazing !!

    Cons

Hospice got canceled often. They have about 4 contracts with facilities. Would like to see more contracts .

    Advice to Management

None. Keep up the good work.

I worked at NurseStaffing full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Learned a lot about running a business, because our "corporate" support was non-existent or disengaged.

    Cons

Upper management seemed afraid of the owner of the company and fresh ideas were smothered. Salaried office staff was forced to work nights and weekends in addition to their FT schedule. Corporate support was weak. You could never accurately predict monthly commissions. No uniformity in how the branches were run. Recruiting tools were weak - no ability to post openings on national websites.
