    Pros

Nursefinders is a company that is nation wide and is also contracted with great compaines as clients.

    Cons

Management does not protect their employees when client issue occur. Upon hiring, I was told that I would be receiving a pay increase, it never happened. Also there are no employee benefits. There is a very high turn over in upper management. Their respponse is that even though, employees are told that paydays are on fridays, you're lucky to get it when we send it.

    Advice to Management

Sensitive training and Communication is a must in this company.

    "Very disappointed, very very disappointed"

    Pros

Read some reviews, the office is close by to where I live. After speaking to the lady that called me for a interview I just had an Intuitive feeling it would be not the best experience. Always go with you Intuition. ....

    Cons

Rude, called out 14 hours before an assignment, it would of seen like I killed someone the way I was treated, if so unhappy quit or for the company at least retire.

    Advice to Management

Hire office staff that are knowledgeable about healthcare and nursing , this is a very competitive industry and you will not last if you treat career nursing staff rude and disrespectful. There are other companies that treat all Nursing ,CMAs and CNAS with respect. GOOD LUCK!!!
