I have been working at Nurun full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Connected to the Publics Groupe global network.
The CEO is a genuine person and good to work for.

    Cons

Don't reward employees for working overtime and driving results.
Don't care about employee morale, only profit margins.
Managers under the CEO aren't equipped to manage people, they simply care about their own profit numbers.

    Advice to Management

Pay attention to employees' contributions at all levels. Upper managements only cares about being liked among senior employees, and deceives junior employees to think they are being compensated fairly.

    I worked at Nurun full-time

    Pros

    Teams that have great knowledge
Great clients that want to work with people
    Understanding and supportive management
    Really strong strategy team

    Cons

There is a lot of turn-over
    Policies and direction changes often
Management is often hand tied by external management (they get the issue, they just can't solve it)
Strategy rarely has a chance to do what they need
Teams are often executing on the minimum due to timing

    Pros

    Advice to Management

    Pros

Flexible working hours, office located at heart of the city

    Cons

Personnel change on a daily basis, lackluster management. Very little perks working for them. Non-existent bonuses.

    Pros

Les gens! Des collègues de travail formidables! De beaux défis!

    Cons

I worked at Nurun full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Great place for learning
People are the real asset of the company
    Good work-life balance

    Cons

    Upper management is really poor.
Poor competence review don't expect a raise if you don't demand one.
    Visual speaks louder than competence.

    Advice to Management

Review the Brazilian HR. They're really really don't do their jobs, they work hard but they don't focus on people.

I have been working at Nurun (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Bonnes assurances, bons avantages sociaux

    Cons

    Good insurance
    Good employees

    Cons

    Management questionnable
Stop doing what there were good at
Senior employees lied to and treated badly (which led to them leaving or being fired)
Reputation sank deep in a short 2 years, along with profit

    Advice to Management

Change name again and start over
