I worked at Nutrabolt full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Free lunches but they are not great, free supplements but the ingredients is poison.

    Cons

lets start with the fake reviews that they request new employees to write?!

Lack of innovation. Lay offs every year, with hush money. But don’t worry leadership is living their best life in their McMansions and expensive cars that they obnoxiously park right at the entrance of the office.

The executive team holds a lack of experience, one can’t even explain. Huge sexism issue, it’s a boys club. Expect your sex to dictate your pay and responsibility. Over spending from employees on everything from trips to rush unorganized projects.

Sales is unorganized and sadly uneducated.

Culture is toxic, and full of gossip which is unfortunately lead by the executive team and “leadership”. In which they are only concerned with being bros with each other and looking cool.

Yearly company holiday retreat in which they try to make you feel like you’re lucky to work there, but seriously they are lucky to have you. One or two people will make the same terrible sob story about how Nutrabolt saved them because they hand out sales jobs like candy.

    No work-life balance.

    Advice to Management

Shape up or ship out. Stop telling people to write reviews every time someone speaks the truth.

I have been working at Nutrabolt full-time

    Pros

There is so much to learn and everyone is so nice and encouraging. The company really works hard to take care of its employees whether it is offering events, volunteer opportunities, or other general perks such as free meals or access to an onsite gym.
They really are leaders paving the way for what companies should strive for

    Cons

It’s a fast paced environment so not everyone may be suited for it.

I have been working at Nutrabolt full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

free Gold's Gym membership, free supplements if you want them

    Cons

No work life balance, culture is forced (mandatory team building events, holiday parties, or social mixers). If you have other obligations and have to miss a culture event, leadership only excuses "extraordinary circumstances". Just wanting to spend your evening with your family is not excusable and you can expect multiple emails from leadership guilting their reports into attendance. High stress environment resulting in high turnover- even though management says they are unrelated to each other- all the recent departures do indeed have a common thread, whether or not HR or the CEO want to believe it is otherwise. A recent 3 month severance package was offered to all to try to get ahead and control the stream of people leaving the company- another example of the insecure environment.

    Advice to Management

New leadership is what is needed to enact positive change, not changing out ALL the underlings.

I have been working at Nutrabolt full-time

    Pros

Nutrabolt is a great company with a culture like nothing I have ever experienced in my former employment. With constant learning and self-improvement opportunities, working with Nutrabolt really helps you realize your full potential. It is clear that Nutrabolt is a company that truly values their employees.

    Cons

    Nothing really to report here.
