    Nutrifood has a great culture, very homey office, nice and supportive partner, great bosses and great lifestyle.

    I have been working at Nutrifood full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    There are alot of youngsters that has tremendous amount of energy and being appreciated by the management. No gap or whatsoever within the manager and the underlings.

    Cons

    Overload and no extra benefit for extra working hours especially BTL event. BTL event uses no external agency or event organizer which makes the employe load is high due to the low budget in marketing event.

    Advice to Management

    People are racing through FMCG. Be carefull of brain drain if the company style in viewing marketing is still the same.

    Culture & Value, Being trusted, flexible and make yourself more creative.
    Most of the people in there is open, and easy to cooperative with.

    a workplace where you can wear anything you comfy with and no boundaries between the pro's and the newbie. we were all learning for better here

    very hectic time schedule, almost no off-day if we're in peak seasons

    good people in good company. everyone is very open and happy to help, there are lots of internal event those refresh your mind and help you improve your performance. really feels like home.
