Great people. Someone was always willing to help if you didn't understand something. Incredible medical benefits. I would work their again and would not hesitate to take a job at any O'Neal location.

I worked at O'Neal Steel full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

After seeing a couple of the reviews I was skeptical coming in, but this was honestly one of the best work experiences I ever had. The Manager of the Memphis, TN facility on president's island was by far the best boss I have ever worked for in pretty much every aspect. With only a couple of exceptions, every other coworker was helpful and welcoming. The work was steady with loads of overtime available. Very safety oriented

    Cons

Lack of climate control, some of the machinery needs updating

    Advice to Management

Proactive maintenance and replacement of machinery, improvements to ventilation and heating systems, increase individual operator accountability by shift and employee
