I have been working at O'Reilly Auto Parts full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Its a good company to work for to learn how management works. They give you all the resources to grow your self as a manager. They have great culture aspects and they make sure of it.

    Cons

Store manager pay isn’t worth everything you do for the company. Other similar companies pay more and you do less. They tell you to work 52.50 hours a week (which is a given for any management job) and your pay only comes to like 10 bucks an hour.

    Advice to Management

I think that this would be the best company to work for as long as they paid their management team a little more. It is pretty sad upper mangement will pay someone they think is better outside the company then someone that was promoted through the ranks who respects their culture and drives results.
