    No opinion of CEO

I worked at O&G Industries full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Union money as well as medical through hours contributed!
One your a journeyman you can make good money Seasonally of course

    Cons

Co-workers will throw you under the bus! And if u don't know the bosses or supervisor prior you will be the 1st to be laid-off! It's union but the union won't stand up for you! I can say it all has mob ties but what union hasn't

    Advice to Management

Laborers work really hard because the end result is apart of those team members. Instead of only looking good for the media it's ok to say thank you to those (little people) that put there all into their hard work.

    Pros

It was easy to meet new people and everyone was approachable so questions weren't hard to ask. Good mentoring and they gave me an appropriate amount of responsibility.

    Cons

There are a few glass ceilings, however, such is the nature of family owned businesses.
