Great Insurance policy for employee and family.

    Cons

    Poor internal training system.
Great mentors and leaders are missing.

    Advice to Management

    Pros

Nice office environment with very good welfare and challenging management skills development on individual and as a team. Fast paced, fun and supportive role.

    Cons

Challenging for the individual on personal skills development and management, wide client base that may be a double edge sword. Limitations on role at times.

    Pros

People were really nice and friendly, lots of out-of-work activities to enjoy.
Great salary, great location, perks, and benefits
    Lots of collaboration between teams

    Cons

Limited room to grow; more of a place for workers looking to settle down rather than work in a fast-paced, growing environment.

    Advice to Management

Incorporate more learning opportunities where people from all disciplines can learn from one another instead of just programmers, engineers and developers.

    Pros

Company does care about its people. Makes effort in recognition and compensation. Doesn't always get it right but they do try at least. I think management does listen to feedback.

Work life balance is respected. However, that does not mean you can just coast by. While there is a very relax atmosphere, don't be fooled because everyone works hard and produces good work. Your peers keep you honest.

    Very smart people around.

    Cons

The company is growing and can feel a stretched at times having to cover so much.

    Pros

Exciting company to work for. The Organization is a learning Organization. Team members are always will to help each other. Entire Management team is open and approachable. People are encouraged to take a risk and to be innovative. Very relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. People are happy to come into the office. Excellent exposure to variety of people and technologies. You are challenged to think "outside of the box". A company where you can talk to the CEO, CFO, CMO or any Exec.

    Cons

Sometimes too much of an Open Concept. If you are looking for your own office or a dedicated private office. This is not the company for you.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great work. Maintain the"Grit". Keep on being approachable and Open.

I have been working at OANDA full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Fantastic brand and reputation with clients. A genuine drive internally to do right by the client. Limitless potential to truly democratize the currency markets and change how people think about foreign exchange.

    Cons

Globally dispersed nature makes communication/coordination sometimes difficult. We are also stretching ourselves by thin by entering a lot of different markets and business lines.

    Advice to Management

We have now focused the company by organizing and prioritizing critical initiatives, but we must take care not to stifle ideas that have the potential to disrupt the industry. We need to relentlessly, at all levels, make the client's problem our problem
