I worked at OCI Chemical (More than a year)

    Pros

Family type atmospere, very interested in giving back to the community, high character employees, acknowledgement of when systems need to change and willing to make those changes.

    Cons

No real direction from management as if they expect you to read their minds and then act on it. Management is not usually accessible then held accountable for not coming to them with issue/problem.

    Advice to Management

More clear expectations to employees and then be available to advise when needed. Clearly define job functions and how functions are to be performed.
