Lots of time off, really with a 12 hours shift thats the biggest pro.
Cons
Here we go, lets be real for a moment. They do not appericate fromer military experanice in leadership. Passed up a veteran of 22 years of service for a less quailfied person for a promotion. If you are looking to promote in this company get ready to pay ypur dues and make friends as thats how they promote. If youre a hard worker they will ride expect more out of you to over come those that dont work or cant keep up with production. Which means you'll be the one doing the physically demanding jobs all the times. They like to add more responsibility on you with out pay increases and empty hopes of promotions. No real leadership just managers. More excuses to lower or take away your quarterly bonus. Dont call out sick as that goes towards your quartely bouns and attendance. And during this time of Covid thats just bad as they push for you not to come into wprk for safety and health of others. No repercussions for other employees that dont produce or dont perform. They pay packaging operators better even though thier job is not nearly as physical. The HR deparment is horriable with scheduling interviews, gets vaction things wrong and lack of communication. Questions go unanswered

Good starting jobs, terrible pay for higher posistions
Jun 8, 2022 - Anonymous EmployeeRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Starting jobs pay decently Easy to get hired
Cons
Any higher position you get will pay terribly. In my last review, I was meet or exceeds all my goals, but my raise (as long as everyone else I talked to) was less than the raise they gave the entry-level positions. When I brought up my pay and asked for a higher wage their response was "you make more in this position than your previous position, so no."
