    Pros

Positive work organization, fun team building events . Compensation is fair with flexible work hours

    Cons

Unfortunately, there is not a lot of room to grow. The organization is rather flat in structure No real work from home policy. Teams are spread thin with lots of ongoing priorities which creates burnout.

    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at OHA full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

-The work culture makes this place feel like a family, at least in HR, IT, and Finance anyway. The fact that it's a small company (100 employees) helps you to get to know everyone.

-The work can be especially rewarding at times, due to the fact of its impact in health care.

    Cons

-Staff Recognition Awards are given out to employees that were overworked as an attempt at compensation.

-Sometimes the desire for more responsibility/better work is slow to happen/be recognized.

    Advice to Management

    None

"Great work life balance but some existence of government bureaucracy due to its close association with the government."

    Pros

Great work life balance, focus on healthy employees, employee morale and engagement, high impact work with hospitals, great policy-based work

    Cons

Contractors treated less fairly than full-time employees, sometimes too policy-focused and not enough action, rigidity with new ideas, not enough on-site hospital visits
