It's just a place to work.Do your bit & don't expect too much.Wait for payday.Try to be positive & life will be just fine.
It's just a job not a career. The Executive & Manager rule everything. No respect for lower wage or ranking staff. Make other lower jobs sounds not important. Double standards. Executives sexist, unfair treatment to staffs. Manager & Senior Management can't be bothered, as long as the is no problem.
Advice to Management
People management skills are what keeps your underlings motivated,stay longer & happier! If you say it, do it! Don't just preach & don't practice. Have fairness all around! Mingle & understand your staff better.Not just for putting an act. People are leaving not because of pay or benifits! They are leaving becos your Executive or mid management is the problem.
