- OMD have got their agency process and departments nailed- it is great for creativity and evident in the awards they win - Great theory based training available - Strong reputation in the industry (good for your CV) - The place to learn about how not to be a good manager

- One of the worst working environments in the industry (old building and facilities and overcrowded) - Very little 'on the job' training or support (sink or swim mentality which is difficult for those new into the industry) - Management has very poor 'people management' (clearly evident by the low staff retention) - Unhealthy approach to work/life balance (very late working hours- it is the norm to stay past 7pm and frowned upon when people work to their contracted hours) - Boys club culture (difficult in a personal and professional sense if you don't fit the mould!)

- Extremely long hours specifically on the digital investment team - No sense of work life balance (if that is what you are looking for in a company this agency is not for you) - Terrible management, HR is not helpful if you seek help - Entry level salary is different depending on the account you are on, big workload for such low pay, if you work at this company the entry level positions are there to learn not to earn - Culture is extremely toxic, everyone is always gossiping about vendors and each other, feels like high school - Positions above assistant roles are extremely rude to the assistants (not respected whatsoever, feels like your being treated like a child) - Can't retain talent due to all the reasons above thus a very high turnover rate - Most people are either burned out or workaholics - Promotes people way to soon who are not ready to be a supervisor and actually manage people (teach your supervisors/AMDs how to effectively manage your team with RESPECT) - Vendor outings are fun but not when told they are mandatory (not okay)
