I worked at ON Semiconductor full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Pay was reasonable for the position.

    Cons

Difficult to get anything done with heavy company bureaucracy.

    Advice to Management

Your focus on cost savings is actually costing you more in the long run. You try to save instead of applying good engineering principles.

I have been working at ON Semiconductor full-time

    Pros

    Veel vrijheid.
    Flexibele werkuren.
    40-uren week.

    Advice to Management

    Pros

Very good for systems engineer role to be with company

    Cons

Too much of management involvement for everything on taking decisions. Technical guys will have to work with non-technical management team to get things done.

    Advice to Management

Make clear and concise management decisions and allow technical tam to make their own recomendations.
