    Pros

    Well job is secure and salary is better&paid timely

    Cons

    Management is poor&indifferent.Bills &other dues are seldom settled in due time.No one listen to your genuine problems.Facilities are there but are difficult to get when needed most.

    Advice to Management

    Atleast clear pending dues on time and listen to genuine matters then only field performance will improve.Fix responsibility at each level of heiracy

    Good facilities, nice salary, less transfer, nice medical facility

    Cons

    Work not according to your post, mostly clerical work if posted in office, no value addition , difficult to get posting where you want

    provide work according to post you are offering otherwise change the name of the post as it is misleading, please consider employee's preference while posting

    Pros

    The process gave you ample time to complete your project. This gave you an opportunity to study the company basics and understand the functioning of the company.

    Cons

    Lack of guidance. The project is dealt to you and the aim or completion is when you submit the project. No little quirks and tid bits to discuss company or any lea way

    Advice to Management

    Need proper Guidance instructors to ensure that the students that join the company actually gain knowledge and not waste time.

    Pros

    Chilled out work hours. Can work from home during your internship if it involves software development. Great canteen.

    Cons

    Reporting managers are lazy. They aren't really interested in what you're doing. Their advice isn't satisfactory either.

    Advice to Management

    Reduce Nepotism and laziness within the organization. Promote talented workforce.
