    Pros

Great international exposure. Opportunity to bring needed resources to promising entrepreneurs across the global south. Work with interesting people who come from varied work/life experiences. Super flexible work hours as long as work gets done.

    Cons

New business, so the work is uneven at times and often overwhelming in volume. Hours can be demanding as most clients are located across distance time zones.
