    Approves of CEO

I have been working at OSCE for more than a year

    Pros

The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) is the world's largest security-oriented intergovernmental organization

    Cons

As an intern, it is hard to work while not getting remuneration

    No opinion of CEO

I worked at OSCE for less than a year

    Pros

Excellent staff in this department who work effectively produce tangible results/outputs for projects in participating states. Helpful and engaging supervisors.

    Cons

The organization itself can sometimes be slow to process requests, etc. Additionally, my internship was through the summer, which can be a particularly slow season for most international organizations, as many employees take holidays during that time.

    Advice to Management

Perhaps better availability for interns to join in workshops available through OSCE. Each time I requested to attend, the seminars/workshops were full (and I think priority was given to contracted employees) or I simply never received a response to my request.
