Pros
They are paying me well and at least try to maintain decent work life balance. Some of their rules are antiquated.
Cons
Calling in sick uses PTO not sick time. You have to be sick 3 days or longer consecutively to use any of your sick time, and even then, the first two days is always PTO.

I immediately accrued paid time off and was empowered by being able to trade shifts with my coworkers. I liked working in different areas of the hospital.

Other departments and staff were sometimes not very friendly to deal with - I felt like people liked to blame or talk bad about our leadership
