I worked at OSRAM full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

The benefits and the pay were competitive. They also had a really nice fitness center, a flexible work arrangement, and an open work place.

    Cons

The location was difficult to commute to depending upon where you live. Most of the workforce lived near the old location that was vacated about three years ago.

    Advice to Management

Delegate more responsibility to the line managers.

    I worked at OSRAM full-time

    Pros

Close to home, pays the bills

    Cons

This is the most corrupt and irresponsible company I have ever worked for. The last 5 years were complete hell. Also, apparently there is no dress code because the ladies look like they are all going out to a strip club instead of dressing professional.

    Advice to Management

Get an experienced HR team who follows the actual laws and does their job. Make your employees dress professionally for this business. Not for being a call girl.
