I have been working at OTG Management full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Great health benefits, awesome people, money is good.
Fast pace and challenging environment Meeting new and interesting people including celebrities.
Opportunity to grow in the industry. Lots of people promoted since hourly crew members to managers and managers to GM and operation managers.

    Cons

You have to pay for parking if you work part time. They pay if you work over 30 hours and no call outs.

    Advice to Management

Holding people accountable and more disciplinary actions for people that don’t do their job. Get to know your staff and be more approachable

I have been working at OTG Management full-time

    Pros

Many many overtime hours, there is lots of money to be made

    Cons

There is a lot of walking and standing. 10 to 12 hour shifts with no sitting. It’s hard work for anybody over 40 years old.

    Advice to Management

These people need lunch breaks For a 10 hour shift you only give 30mins. I believe this is not correct.

    Pros

The staff, recruiters, and the people. Everyone has the same objective and that’s to be their best everyday! Recruiter Shelbie Silberbauer has been great from the start. She has stayed in constant communication with me through the whole hiring process and still today after being hired. Everyone welcomes you and makes you feel like family. Everyone makes you feel like part of the team!

    Cons

I have no cons... this has been my first week and everything has been going great. Everyone helpful, ready to help me get adjusted and very nice. I’m glad I chose to work here!

    Advice to Management

Management is doing a great job! Activity listening to employees concerns and suggestions. Always looking for ways to improve.
