I have been working at OTG Management full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Shelbie Silberbauer was my 1st point of contact. She was very helpful and courteous. Maricarmen the HR manager was very prompt to responding to emails. Al has a great vision for the future of the company! Great growth potential and opportunities. Great concepts, this isn't chillis people! Well executed and food presentation is tip notch.

    Cons

The initial process takes some time as the screening process is extensive, but expected. Not a traditional restaurant, TSA badging process takes about a week or two.

I worked at OTG Management full-time

Company's concept is very niche so can be more successful.
    Nice office.
    Unlimited Vacation

    Cons

Technology team are managed very poorly.
Few guys in the office team up and play politics to cut you off.

    Advice to Management

CTO should look over technology and technology team. Or maybe hire someone who can look over the team and products.

I have been working at OTG Management full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I honestly can't think of a positive thing to say about OTG.

    Cons

The most unstructured company I have ever worked for. This company will mentally and physically drain you. This company has such a low morale that not one manager has plans on sticking around and is always looking for another position elsewhere, not one happy employee and i mean that from multiple locations. The only reason this company survives is that its past TSA security, once inside guests have no other options. Corporate sees the money coming in bypasses everything else. Managers get no sick days no vacation time and build 1 PTO day every 30 days which you can then use as SICK or Vacation day. I can go on and on but that's just a brief intro to OTG

    Advice to Management

Take care of the Team you have in every sense, acknowledge the hard work and dedication they put in day in and day out. You cant build dedication and loyalty without putting it forward.

    Cons

The managers or the head chefs don’t check to see how clean the kitchen is or how clean the storage rooms are for mice eating the product

    Advice to Management

Open your eyes the staff and the management be having secret relations
