I have been working at OTG Management full-time

    Pros

Great chances to grow and learn a lot. The trips to Vegas were awesome. You meet a lot of wonderful professionals there.

    Cons

After you reach a certain point of growth, you start to see why some of the greatest mentors you had on the way up left eventually. There is no clear identity for the company so different groups operate differently than one another without facing the same consequences. As a restaurant professional, do not come here if you love the industry itself with a passion. The focus is so disjointed that you won't be able to see a project of yours truly develop. With so many bosses offering their direction, you won't be able to truly feel in charge either way.

    Advice to Management

Hold on to your talented leaders, there's a reason many of them have left.

I have been working at OTG Management (More than a year)

    Pros

A great environment with guests all over the world

    Cons

The company dont pay your full tips. They share with other restaurants and shifts. You end up working. A lot and not receiving your full tip. Sometimes you make less than your bussboy

    Advice to Management

Lower Managers cant do nothing. They corporate ia in control.

I worked at OTG Management full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Potential to meet other people from all over the world.

    Cons

Lack of properly trained employees in general but specifically management. I actually feel bad for anyone applying to this company because the infrastructure is in complete disarray.

    Advice to Management

Before taking direct orders from upper management and passing them on to lower level employees question the motives because management is always the first to take a hit and loose theirs jobs.

    Pros

Tips are decent, medical benefits ok but expensive

    Cons

Managers are inexperienced and cocky, Union is horrible, scheduling is god awful, HR doesn’t help at all, everyone is scared of upper management

    Advice to Management

Managing isn’t rocket science so stop power tripping

I worked at OTG Management part-time

    Pros

Leadership is nice and is always willing to step in and help out.

    Cons

Due to the iPad ordering process a lot of guest forget the person serving them is still a human and don't tip because they had to order from the iPad.
