I worked at OTG Management full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

There’s really nothing I can write about pros here. Maybe benefits, but they’re not worth the aggravation and extreme disorganization.

    Cons

They hire you as a server, but you have to be a tech support, dishwasher, and cleaning and maintenance crew member for $2.13/hour (pretty much for free). Terrible management, company itself doesn’t care at all about its employees. It has been about two months when I trained and still waiting for my payment, even after bringing it up to three different managers and HR. They just don’t care at all. I can’t stress this enough...DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. Pick any other company and I assure you you’ll do much better.

    Advice to Management

Show some care. Even if it’s just a tiny bit. It’s not that hard.

I worked at OTG Management full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

It's a great company to start out your career because you can get involved with many different roles.

    Cons

Upper management was not organized at all and rarely showed appreciation towards their employees.

    Advice to Management

Make time to sit down with them and talk to them about how their progress is going. It's understandable that at times it gets busy, especially during a new project takeover. However you shouldn't ignore your employees for months. Also don't promise them positions/benefits that you can't deliver on.

I worked at OTG Management full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The people are great, you will make good friends with your co-workers.

    What will make you stay?
    -The people
    -Free food
-If you're in management (salaried employee)...the bonuses

    Cons

Unfortunately after nearly 2 years with OTG I said my farewell, because it didn't seem like a good fit anymore with my career goals. Because of lack of training, I didn't see myself growing in the company.

OTG is more than capable of taking care of its employees financially, one proof is the payout of quarterly bonuses. However, due to hierarchy, any substantial bonus is only awarded to upper levels of management. Although there is a "bonus program" for hourly employees, the payout is, for lack of a better word...a joke. The corporate office created a model for the computation of how much employees would bonus depending on the performance of the airport each quarter. The payout computations are different for managers and hourlys -- you can guess who makes more.

    What will make you leave?
    -Long hours
-Promises that are not kept by your boss
-Hourly pay that is less than what you're worth
    -Lack of training
    -Frustrations with your direct manager

    Advice to Management

Training, and not just training to do something, training so your employees will allow them to learn something that will aid them to further their career.

Do employee reviews, when you're supposed to do them.

Set realistic goals and deadlines, don't overwork your people because you didn't plan accordingly.

Fairly compensate your employees. Especially when you know they deserve to be paid more.
