Coworkers were nice, as far as office staff is concerned.

Poor pay, lies about competitive pay rates. Benefits are lacking. Doesn't care about work/life balance or illnesses. Human Resources will look at your PERSONAL health record without permission to make sure you aren't lying about appointments. Will manipulate you upon leaving with threats of withholding earned time.

Management is awful, they don’t listen, your ideas are ignored completely. Requests to clarify policies and if we’re actually FOLLOWING them on any given day get ignored. Upper management will yell at you in front of other management and staff and nobody cares. The reason they’re always hiring is NOT because they’re expanding. It’s because everyone is leaving. 11 people gave notice in a two month period and nobody seems to think there’s an issue with how this place is run. They’re going to run it into the ground and nobody cares enough to change anything.

Overall staff are friendly. My personal manager is supportive and interested in growing the program. I no longer dread my job.

salary below pay level given my experience, and skills Human resources somehow is involved with employee health and that you share information also with them confidentially. This doesn't seem correct as they can use information as discrimination, disciplinary and targeting.
